Verendus was founded in 2010 in Jönköping with the core idea of simplifying and improving the workflows of dealerships—an idea that continues to guide our work still today. Since 2017, Verendus has been part of Progrits, a Northern European software group comprising 20 brands and a total of 250 employees. Within Progrits, we collaborate across companies through knowledge sharing, sales initiatives, and by creating stronger offerings for our shared customers.
About the role
As a sales representative at Verendus, your workweeks will fly by. You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, proactive outreach to potential customers, booking meetings, and building relationships, whether through physical or digital meetings. You’ll also handle negotiations, contracts, and follow-ups. You’ll approach the market through phone calls and digital channels, combined with being on the road. Your sales focus will primarily be on dealerships but may also include distributors and manufacturers, as our involvement in these areas will increase in the future.
To ensure alignment and track our progress, we work with clear activity and sales goals. We have a simple yet effective model for driving sales and achieving our objectives: High (outbound) Activity x Good Quality (in sales meetings) = Many Deals. But more on that when we start. You’ll work closely with and report to our international sales manager (based in Sweden) and participate in recurring sales meetings with your team.
You have the flexibility to work from our office in Augsburg or remotely from the southern or eastern regions of Germany. A substantial portion of this role involves fieldwork, making it crucial that you thrive in an on-the-road environment, engaging directly with prospects and customers on-site.
About You
Your attitude is more important than formal experience when it comes to enjoying and succeeding in this role. That said, we prefer that you have a few years of experience in a sales role within software/business systems or other outbound B2B sales. Experience in sales within the automotive/marine industries is also meriting. If the following personal traits and mindset resonate with you, you have the right foundation for excelling in this role:

- You love making deals and being out there “where the action is.”
We are looking for someone fluent in German, as your focus will be on the German market. You should also feel comfortable communicating in English with your team members.
